Incredible Rewards Wish I’d Joined Sooner!

I took out insurance with Vitality a couple of months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Having used the service for a while now, I can genuinely say they offer a fantastic package. What truly sets them apart is their outstanding rewards program that actively promotes health and well-being. When I did the math and calculated the value of all the rewards and benefits included in the monthly premium, I was genuinely amazed—it offers so much value! Here are just a few reasons why I love Vitality: Amazing Rewards: Getting a free handmade drink every week, discounts on gym memberships (including FitGym), and complimentary access to Headspace. Tech & Fitness Incentives: Great discounts on health wearables like Apple Watches—if you maintain a healthy lifestyle, the wearable can even end up being completely free! User-Friendly App: The app is very well-designed, smooth, and simple to navigate. Exceptional Support: Every staff member I've interacted with has provided excellent customer service. They are helpful and always ready to assist. To be honest, I used to think insurance schemes were a scam because I didn't fully understand how they worked, so I held off on joining. I now realize how wrong I was, and I only wish I had signed up much earlier in life. I strongly encourage parents to talk to their children about insurance and get them started early. Signing up young means lower premiums and access to benefits that far outweigh any costs. Vitality has truly been life-changing for me over these past few months. Affordable life cover with weekly rewards

Affordable life cover with the added bonus of being able to access weekly rewards. If you earn 12 or more activity points between Monday and midnight on Sunday each week, you can choose rewards each week! 5 star defaqto rated conpany too! Reviewed on: 3rd September 2026

I really love vitality products.

I really love vitality products. They are really good value for money . The fact that they give so much choices is amazing. Happy with cover.

Awkward initial sign in as the account didn’t exist...

Awkward initial sign in as the account didn’t exist for a month or so after we logged in. Annoying you cannot manually add activity - I don’t have a Fitbit but I run 5ks often - I cannot manually log these - feels a little pressured to purchase certain tech I don’t want to. Getting worse value from the plan as each year passes

Was great when first signed up but the 'perks' have got worse and worse over time. Initially 50% off David Lloyd, this has changed to other gyms, had 'free' Starbucks this is now Cafe Nero, used to get 'free' cinema tickets and 'free' Itsu meal. It's not changed to a game of luck for rewards instead of rewarding you for being active which was the whole point of it in the first place. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
