Terrible and Misleading

This company was delaying me and finally after submitting a physical with labs when they promote no exam is a lie. Don't waste your time with this company. They never have anyone helping over the phone and never send back responses. I was told a no exam to needing a physical to finally say that a mammogram and PAP smear was needed. Good value

seem good value at start

Affordable

Simple and easy

I set up my policy after using comparison sites to compare the amounts each policy would cover up to. Legal and General were always near the top of all the sites I used in terms of cover cost, however as some of the others I hadn't heard of before, it was an easy choice to pick them for my life insurance. A helpful agent called me the day after and proceeded through the questions and even explained about beneficiaries that was not mentioned on the websites. I finalized the manageable monthly cost and now have complete piece of mind. My tip for anyone interested in life insurance is do it sooner so that the amount you pay will decrease as you age. Easy to apply, great cover!

I applied for our life insurance as it was a requirement of taking out our mortgage. I'd been putting it off for a while as I thought it would be complicated. The process was actually really simple, requiring minimal information but providing a very competitive quote. There was a mistake made in the first application but it was quickly rectified and we were covered very quickly afterwards. We haven't had any further dealings with them as we haven't had to change anything, but up to now I'm very satisfied with the help and advice available. Reviewed on: 27th July 2017
