I would avoid this company.

I would avoid this company. You have to wait weeks until you receive a secure password for an online account. You receive an answer for your complaint in 4 weeks but if you do not pay your insurance several agents calls you immediately. Reviewed on: 8th October 2026

Not the best company

They kept messing my dad around. He needed the money for my mum's funeral and it took them over a month to send it to him. He unfortunately had to go to see a solicitor, but they eventually paid the money into his bank account instead of sending a cheque Reviewed on: 11th March 2026

I have a over 50s Life Insurance One Family.

I have a over 50s Life Insurance with them and also a 10 year investment bond with profits with this mutual company which was recommended by my family who have also used life insurance with them. The company is owned by its members they give members free benefits will making Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
