Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers.

Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers. to my builder and to a financial institution at the branch. I had my passport with me. They asked me a lot of questions that were inappropriate.. They are mental and treated me as a criminal. I wasted one hour each time there and in the end they refused to do the transaction. They also blocked my account on one of these transfers. Easy banking

A good, classic account with decent features

I've had more positive experiences with this account than any other I've tried so far. There aren't a whole host of benefits, however the customer service has been exceptional and I cannot complain. Reviewed on: 10th January 2020

Never any issues but if there is it's dealt with

Good service.
