Great and reliable

I've banked with Lloyd's since I was 16 years old I've never had a problem with them and they are always very professional and put their customers first! There is no other bank I would bank with! Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Useless

My experience with Lloyds isn't a happy one without going in to detail, since the split frim the TSB the customer service had got awful so much so I have now changed my account. I absolutely hate having to call them up because the people on the phone can't understand me and vice versa the connection isn't very good either. In branch the staff are unhelpful and don't seem to know what there doing I always end up having to speak to a manager and the service is always slow. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Great for normal customer

For a normal basic day to day customer lloyds are great. I was hesitant when lloyds and tsb separated but so far so good. I have only ever had one issue with lloyds and they apologied and compensated me. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017
