I’ve used L&C now three times. They have provided excellent customer service, always securing me the best deal. Best of all it’s free! I will continue to use their services when I remortgage. The advisers are knowledgeable, friendly, and really take the time to understand your needs. The whole process is smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I had a fantastic experience with London & Country Mortgages. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the mortgage process with clarity and professionalism. What stood out the most was that their service is completely free, which is a huge relief at a time when everything is so costly. They took the stress out of finding the right mortgage and provided honest, helpful advice without any pressure. Bespoke with L&C

This was a first time with L&C and given that our situation would not allow of a standard "off the shelf" product, we needed a more bespoke approach and quality advice. L&C was first-class, but the conveyancers let them down

On the L&C side, the experience was first-class throughout the process. There was lots of good communication and updates, and they got me a great deal on a mortgage. Unfortunately, the conveyancing process was the only thing that let the entire experience down, which we felt was needlessly drawn out. It extended our completion by two months and ultimately cost me many thousands of pounds. If you have an option, do NOT go with Arrow Conveyancing. I have reduced the overall score as they were recommended to me through L&C. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Amazing experience from start to finish

Amazing experience from start to finish. My advisor worked incredibly hard to support me in finding a mortgage that could meet my needs. Several previous brokers and direct lenders had turned me down for support but not L&C. They persevered and found me a fantastic deal.
