Excellent service

Now have two credit cards with MBNA and I must say they are really good value. MBNA offers good service, reliable cards, easy to understand statements, answer queries quickly, are trustworthy and help keep my account secure. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOYALTY

I have used these credit cards for most of my adult life ad my only credit cards and usually spend alot. Have nit had to call them in the past as I use my card and pay the bill via direct debit with no issues. One time I have an issue with an accidental fee and they are umable to help whatsoever. They charge ridiculous fees and have no loyalty back for their loyal customers. There are much better credit card companies out there. Suggest no-one uses them! Reviewed on: 9th July 2018
