Avoid at all costs

Absolute nightmare of a company paid online payment accepted then receive email stating hadn't been paid. This happened twice incurring charges of 149 pounds eventually cleared my balance just to get away from them Reviewed on: 17th April 2019

Efficient

Their administration is spot-on every time. Always shows the exact amount to be paid and by when. Cannot fault them. Reviewed on: 16th April 2019

Great Offers

MBNA seem to be the best out there for balance and money transfers, easy to apply and most of them can be pre-approved so no risk on your credit score. Easy to use app. Reviewed on: 16th April 2019

STAY AWAY

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOYALTY

I have used these credit cards for most of my adult life ad my only credit cards and usually spend alot. Have nit had to call them in the past as I use my card and pay the bill via direct debit with no issues. One time I have an issue with an accidental fee and they are umable to help whatsoever. They charge ridiculous fees and have no loyalty back for their loyal customers. There are much better credit card companies out there. Suggest no-one uses them! Reviewed on: 9th July 2018
