very good credit card on special offer of 0 % for a year on purchases, helpful staff

I got a balance transfer at 0 % and also 0 % on purchases for one year. also you can request paper statements by post as well as online only bills. Reviewed on: 30th August 2016

Checking purchases.

When checking through previous expenditure I find the MBNA Credit Card very easy to check online or over the telephone. The customer service is helpful and always polite. Any queries are dealt with promptly and quickly put your mind at ease. The card gives you confidence that it will be accepted at a large range of retailers and businesses. Easy to pay

The MBNA website is easy to navigate. I was previously using it to make my monthly payments. However, by doing this, it takes longer for the payment to be credited. I have now set up a monthly direct debit plan and this works better for me as there is no chance of forgeting to pay on time. Reviewed on: 30th August 2016

Reliable and Good Customer Service

Whilst I have no reward schemes attached to the MBNA credit card, I do appreciate the ease of the online services and the telephone customer service is a credit to them. They have a UK call centre, they answer calls quickly and deal with queries in a friendly, professional manner. They were extremely helpful when I lost my wallet a year or so ago and got a replacement card to me very quickly. Reviewed on: 30th August 2016

Easy to use, great rates

Took out a credit card to get our bathroom done. Low interest rates and easy balance transfer. So pleased with the service that my partner transferred his credit card over to MBNA. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2016

Terrible customer service

I've been a customer of MBNA credit card for years... No complaints about the card itself but their support is very poor. Really difficult to talk to anyone. As with other reviews, their only communication with me is about balance transfers. They've just sent me a second card - which I haven't requested and don't want.... Bombarded

I took out this out as my first credit card, as the sign up bonus was quote good. I didn't use it much but this didn't stop them sending me endless amounts of post re: balance transfer offers and other cards which i did not need at all. I got so annoyed with all of this spam I got another card and closed this one (which was a convoluted process in itself) and would never use them again. Reviewed on: 14th June 2016
