Terrible customer service

I've been a customer of MBNA credit card for years... No complaints about the card itself but their support is very poor. Really difficult to talk to anyone. As with other reviews, their only communication with me is about balance transfers. They've just sent me a second card - which I haven't requested and don't want.... So am going to move to another provider. Reviewed on: 17th June 2016
