Security team super disorganized/rude. Avoid this cc.

If you lose a card and want a replacement, prepare to wade through mud as you deal with their super disorganized security department that takes 30-60 min of holding to reach each time with no call back. They'll call you back repeatedly asking the same questions over multiple days even though you answered them the same each time and each time they assured you everything checks out and this will be the last time. If you ask them why this keeps happening, they'll dodge the question and get angry and hang up if you press the issue. They're clearly extremely disorganized and don't want to be transparent about it. Also some are extremely rude and unprofessional. No call back either so you have to wait on hold 30-60 mins again.
