I have difficultues with memory and a chronic medical condition.... Without the service offered from Metro Bank I would have great difficulties accessing bathroom facilities. Also on few occasions I have forgotten my password and misplaced my bank card.....this was no problem as I waited few minutes and all was replaced same day in under 20mins....that is world record for any bank.
