This is one of the best banks in the UK. Thay are the only bank that is open 7 days of the week and help their customers providing a service that they will not get any other bank. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Some good services, but also some failures My main disagreement is the £100 prize draw reward for customers reviews; then their advertising: "Thanks for rating us #1 on the high street for the 10th time running" Otherwise: online banking -- good customer service / keeping promises -- has not been good for me, but I realize they focus on it, and I imagine it is good on average Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

It’s amazing Experience, metro bank helped me when it was most needed. Very through in their Process yet effective and efficient, Their Customer service and experience in the branch is amazing, with the concept of Center being open over weekends and holidays. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023
