One of the most friendly, approachable, best banks in providing excellent customer service every time they always go beyond and above...respect to each one of you

I have difficultues with memory and a chronic medical condition.... Without the service offered from Metro Bank I would have great difficulties accessing bathroom facilities. Also on few occasions I have forgotten my password and misplaced my bank card.....this was no problem as I waited few minutes and all was replaced same day in under 20mins....that is world record for any bank. Customer Service

The best in customer service, can't fault them..always courteous, nothings ever too much for them... Couldn't remember my pin and 8assisted there and then... they have helped with necessity regarding health & disabilities such as a public well kept public bathroom,, seats to rest and water to quench one's throat and always willing to solve your problems more do than my other bank...
