No waiting for replacement debit card I lost my debit card. Popped into the bank and they issued a replacement straight away. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

The best banking experience

Finally a bank who treats their customers as human beings. Joel who originally helped us with opening our accounts actually greets us by our names when we visit our Metro branch. Brilliant Bank to be with

I set me first ever current account up with Metro bank when I was 16 and I have been with them ever since. They are open 7 days a week which some banks aren’t and their customer service is second to none. They answer their calls instantly and are always helpful and friendly when you go there in person.
