Contemporary

I particularly like that the Bradford branch at Market Street always have this welcoming ambience. A lot of self service options that it hardly feels like I’m in a bank. I also love the fun coin counting machine…thumbs up guys Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Brightest smiles around, love the branches.

One of my favourite banks

Banking with metro bank for over 10 years. Customer service from all staff (phone and in branch) are excellent and English speaking. Atomsphere in the branches are unique and friendly. Queues have always been minimal. Quick and easy to get new bank card when lost, relaxed and trendy service but safe and secure. Everything is easy to set up from ISA's, savings to current accounts. No waiting for replacement debit card

I lost my debit card. Popped into the bank and they issued a replacement straight away. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
