Froze my account 3 yrs

Metro bank froze my account and denied me access to my safty box, would not speak to me, said the complience team is looking into my account. This bank was being investigated for clients doing businesses in some countries off the radar and I had visited Cuba too often for their liking. After 3 and a half yrs they gave me access to my belongings.. after I complained to the banking ombudsman. They had drilled my safty box and checked its contents.. AVOID THIS BANK, EASY TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT BUT HARD TO GET YOUR MONEY OUT... WILL BE THE FIRST BANK TO COLLAPSE. Reviewed on: 13th June 2023

Must have bank

Friendly, welcoming bank , quick and easy to open up accounts .only bank you get your card the same day or if u loss one 2 , don't need your card if you forget it as photo is attached to your account for easy security access. Reviewed on: 6th June 2023

Excellent service

Excellent, helpful customer service. Feel secure banking with Metro Bank, as it is possible to easily talk to a knowledgeable agent face to face about the products, instead of trawling through online banking to find answers.
