Excellent, helpful customer service. Feel secure banking with Metro Bank, as it is possible to easily talk to a knowledgeable agent face to face about the products, instead of trawling through online banking to find answers. Easy and straightforward and quick to organise a bank account for my daughter(17). How to save, was explained to her. Reviewed on: 5th June 2023
