I love metro bank I have been a customer since I was 11 years old they are a great financial institution but over the last year they have removed some great features that other banks didn’t have to offer such as their in store card printing service which was very convenient in the unfortunate incident of losing a card instead of having to wait for 5 working days to get a new one I could pop in store and get a new card within 5 minutes and another unfortunate thing with metro bank is their operating hours they used to be open from 8am to 8pm 7 days a a week but over the last years they have reduced their hours significantly and are also now closed on Saturdays and Sundays Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

One of my favourite banks

Banking with metro bank for over 10 years. Customer service from all staff (phone and in branch) are excellent and English speaking. Atomsphere in the branches are unique and friendly. Queues have always been minimal. Quick and easy to get new bank card when lost, relaxed and trendy service but safe and secure. Everything is easy to set up from ISA's, savings to current accounts. No waiting for replacement debit card
