Like the charming, efficient staff. I had a warm welcome from Zoe on my first visit, she found the savings account I needed. First class service. On my second visit Charli was amazing, she helped me transfer my money into my account and was very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you. Reviewed on: 16th September 2023

Caldicot staff are first class for service, especially to the elderly. I like the use of a passbook and being able to see someone face-to-face. 6 star satisfaction. Reviewed on: 14th September 2024
