Premises very clean, tidy and welcoming, Efficient and friendly staff. From what I witnessed no improvements are necessary. I would like to mention Karen who dealt with me. She was extremely personable, approachable and very helpful in meeting my needs. Thanks to her. Reviewed on: 1st May 2025

Local and convenient, face to face with actual people which is more personal, Sarah has been a support from the start. If I have any issues she is the go to person, as she is always helpful and happy to chat and this makes things easier all round. She always has the time of day for me and is very knowledgeable which is what you need in a building society. Reviewed on: 30th April 2025
