No great points to make

As a saver i find the interest rates paid are lower than average. Also things like annual interest for tax purposes being provided by letters which this year has been delayed many times and still not available at 26th June. Tried applying for a new account late last year and despite being an existing customer had to wait for a letter before the account could be opened on line and which never turned up. Very complicated to access/register both web and app.

Excellent Service.

My local Clevedon Agency branch enables me to save regularly with ease and without being forced to do transactions online with concerns that errors may be made. The staff are professional, approachable ,always helpful giving excellent service. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
