I was really impressed with your lovely staff in Car...

I was really impressed with your lovely staff in Cardiff, I was informed of every step along the way thoroughly, clearly you have very experienced staff. I was made aware of a better interest rate, dealt with straightaway, made to feel completely comfortable at every stage. I really enjoyed my visit, they are your greatest asset! Help when needed

We came in without an appointment due to the fact my husband is ill with a brain tumor and doesn’t always feel well. We were accommodated even with the branch being busy and a lovely man helped us to sort out reinvesting our savings. He was great! Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Visited your Clevedon office for the first time yest...

Visited your Clevedon office for the first time yesterday. Nina was very friendly and helpful and I felt glad that I decided to visit. I have been with the Caldicot branch for a few years and Lesley there was of tremendous help to me. Unfortunately my health prevents me from from travelling to Caldicot now so thought I’d visit your Clevedon branch, and I am very glad I did. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Great Experience

Found Vicky very knowledgeable on the products on offer. Very helpful on explaining to us what we needed. Very satisfied with the whole experience which we have to do every year. This was far easier than the previous bank we had just visited. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

Was worried a smaller BS would be slow, cumbersome and complicated. It was the opposite and the app is top class. I have other BS apps some are poor some are good this one is probably the best. Reviewed on: 7th February 2026
