Best bank ever

I was hesitant to join Monzo originally as it was all online, and I was concerned it wouldn’t be above board. How wrong I was. Not only is it the easiest bank to use and access from anywhere, but with being able to create savings pots I am doing so much better with my finances. Would recommend to anyone!! Monzo Flex - a students best friend

As a student, managing money is already a challenge, but Monzo Flex has genuinely been a game-changer for me. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and it’s honestly one of the best financial tools I’ve come across. What I love most is the flexibility (no pun intended). Being able to split payments into 3, 6, or 12 months with clear, upfront costs helps me budget better without feeling overwhelmed. It means I can buy what I need—whether it’s textbooks, tech, or even groceries—without stressing about paying it all in one go. Another big reason I got the Monzo Flex card was to build my credit score, and so far, it’s been working great. Monzo reports to credit reference agencies, so as long as I make my payments on time, it helps me build a solid credit history. It feels good to know I’m taking steps toward financial independence while still in uni. Plus, the app is super easy to use. I get instant notifications, I can track everything in real-time, and I always know where I stand financially. There are no hidden fees or confusing terms—it’s all very student-friendly. Overall, I’d highly recommend Monzo Flex to any student trying to build credit and budget smartly. Just be responsible with it, and it can really set you up for the future. No fees credit card. Amazing app and user interface as the current account. Easy to track your spending, flexibility to decide when and how much to pay. Possibility to split specific purchases only for a fixed time with no or average interest rates. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Uni Life with Monzo

I have been using monzo since I was around 16. it allowed me to independently manage my own money, create savings and spend money easier abroad. in recent years i have been using the flex card. this feature has saved my life so many times. as a uni student, it can be hard to find a credit card or someone that trusts you to pay it back. using flex has allowed me to make my priority payments, and then anything else I can pay back in instalments which creates more flexibility with my income.
