Polite, understanding and respect

They are so good, polite and understand you as a person than talking to you like criminal, my experience when they protect your account against big payments, I try making same payment with Barc (you know who) they like investigate me as criminal on phone, that also to use my own money to make big amounts payment. Where Monzo friendly Pearson, send me message before call with timings, explain me that its to protect me from fraud payment, completed checks, approve my payment, Afte... The saving pots are life-changing!

The saving pots have really helped me out with planning my life out, for future travels, rainy day emergency funds, or even saving up for a home.
