Polite, understanding and respect

They are so good, polite and understand you as a person than talking to you like criminal, my experience when they protect your account against big payments, I try making same payment with Barc (you know who) they like investigate me as criminal on phone, that also to use my own money to make big amounts payment. Where Monzo friendly Pearson, send me message before call with timings, explain me that its to protect me from fraud payment, completed checks, approve my payment, After checking with me. Now difference here was huge Monzo person treated me as a person and as an account user for using my own money not like another bank who think they have my money means they have right to investigate me as an officers, Where transaction was also with money I saved not a credit money. Monzo wins my respect and win this award there. But you will definitely going to win. Happy with services I am a premium member and I love it.
