Quick to approve and slow to support

Took out a car finance with Motonovo as they offered the cheapest interest rate and were highly recommended by dealership. A few months in an I’m trying to make extra payments and I cannot get through to anyone spending 1-2 hours a day just to get the same answer of I need to provide my own details which doesn’t feel safe. When trying to log in online the security is ridiculous password requirements are not great and cause issues and requiring a pin that can’t even be related to email or password just to stop you from getting in. Super quick and easy as 1,2,3!

Applied and got approved in around 5 minutes. Great when you’re sitting in the showroom and the salesman is filling out his paperwork, you can be done and dusted in the same time. No hanging around and worrying about approval for a few days! Reviewed on: 17th June 2021
