Zopa was the obvious pick for my Model 3

Already a Zopa customer across banking, credit card and a personal loan, it made sense to go back to them for the car finance too. I even sourced the car through their approved seller list straight from the app. Very happy with how it all came together — the APR reflects my own circumstances, but the experience itself was seamless. Refused car finance they offered me!

Applied for car finance for £11459. I have great credit and good income. My application was sent to the underwriters who requested all banking documentation. Two days they kept me and the dealer hanging only to refuse my application with no explanation. I have used zopa in the past for an unsecured loan which was approved within minutes but a car finance with an asset attached...no dice!!! Now the only reason i can think of for refusal was the very low interest rate THEY offered me!! They bombarded me with emails for some time promising low interest rates based on what they know about me, but when i take them up on it, then "computer says no"! Im not so bothered about the refusal, but the time wasting for £11495 is not needed! If they offer you a low interest rate that seems too good to be true, it is! Use their nearest competitor instead. My first choice for financing my Model 3 Long Range

Having used Zopa for banking, credit card and a small personal loan, they were my first choice for car finance. I even picked the car from their approved sellers, selecting one direct from the Zopa app. Could not be happier, APR was ok, but that's mostly due to my personal circumstances. Reliable customer service experience

This was my first car finance ever and I have had no regrets whatsoever. My experience with the customer service representative made me believe they are reliable and trustworthy as they were true to their words.
