Review of the Nationwide, FlexAccount:

Moral but largely ineffective

Nationwide have again sent out notification that selected customers will be receiving £100. This is an interesting way for a building society to reward customers, especially as the interest rates are very low to non-existent. Nationwide is trustworthy to my mind, but probably not the right choice for anyone trying to be savvy about money. Their lack of branches near me (in a busy urban area) is a big failing sadly. Better than the Big 4

absolutely dreadful

awful, they noticed fraud on my card, so blocked it and sent me a new one, ok great, but for some reason, they also blocked my new card aswell, I could not use it anywhere, it was rejected everytime I used it, 3 days of non stop phone calls, nobody knew what was going or how to fix it Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Nationwide Rocks!

Nationwide is my go-to bank for all my financial needs. From the first time I stepped into one of their branches, I knew I was in good hands. Their customer service is second to none, and their representatives always make me feel welcome and valued. One of the things I love about Nationwide Bank is their mobile banking app. It's so user-friendly and convenient; I can manage my finances from anywhere with just a few clicks. The app allows me to check my account balance, transfer money, pay bills, and even deposit checks remotely, making banking so much easier. When it comes to financial products and services, Nationwide Bank has got me covered. They offer a range of options, including savings accounts, checking accounts, credit cards, and loans, all at competitive rates.
