Great product!

I have a Flex account with Nationwide - its so easy to make payments online or transfer money to my other Nationwide accounts and best of all I get free travel insurance for travel anywhere in Europe, which is great for me as I travel a fair bit (and they were brilliant last year when I broke my arm just before travelling to Rome - they didn't charge me anything for cover and even sent me a letter to confirm they were happy with me travelling etc which came in mega useful at the airport). Best for High Street banking

Insured!

As well as a whole host of excellent benefits they have just given free travel insurance to anyone who's a U.K. resident and who gets £750 a month paid into their account. This would include most working people, even part timers. And saves lots of money in travel insurance just by having this account. Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Clear concise fees

Have been with Nationwide over 25 years banking and with a mortgage. The ability to overpay our mortgage greatly helped in our ability to pay off before the end of the term. Free travel insurance is also a plus Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Does what it says on the tin!

This is a very flexible account, very easy to use, simple to make transfers between other Nationwide Accounts and simple to make payments to other banks, businesses or just people. Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Trustworthy bank
