Best banking experience

I have held an account with Nationwide since 1988. During that time they have remained stable and consistent in their values and customer care. Unlike some of the high street banks who have “progressed” to overseas contact centres and closing branches or no counter staff. I have always had an excellent experience with every encounter at Nationwide, in branch, on line and on the phone. 10/10 Reviewed on: 2nd December 2017

Nationwide - the Best of British

Excellent value product backed up by extensive branch and ontact centre support.

Broadly, things just work smoothly with Nationwide, from branches to the website and the mobile app. The benefits of the FlexPlus account are well worth the cost for me, and the range of additional accounts is also attractive, particularly for me their credit card and regular and childrens saver accounts.
