I HAVE EXPERIENCED GREAT SERVICE FROM THEM SPEAKING WITH THEM PHONE BANKING

I NEEDED TO CHANGE DETAILS AND SET UP PAYMENTS ON THE ACCOUNT WAS HAVING TROUBLE ONLINE DUE TO MY INTERNET SIGNAL PHONED THEM UP TO SORT IT OVER THE PHONE AND IT WAS DONE VERY SIMPLY AND SWIFTLY MAKING SURE THEY FIRST SPOKE TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE ACCOUNT SO THAT IT WAS NOT A FRAUD ACT BY SOMEONE ELSE WHICH IS REASSURING. Consistently good customer service in branch and online.

Praise where praise is due...Nationwide have never let me down in 12 years as a FlexAccount customer. Their online banking is excellent, reliable and user friendly. All branch and phone contact has also been to a high standard. They make the customer feel valued. Reviewed on: 29th April 2015

i had to get this account becasue it was the only way my emolyer would pay me. i was unsure about the set up but after some in depth explaining it was all very clear to me about how to use internet banking and etc. i was given the choice of cards depending on what i wanted to due which i found very helpful overall. i would reconmend this product to anyone who is considering getting an account. with this card i recieved a card which gave me and a friend 25% off all vue cinemas for a year (which is a bonus). this card also has contactless payment system for upto 20 pounds. now go forth and experience a great debit card Reviewed on: 29th April 2015

Simple and easy

Even the process of switching to a nationwide flex account was easy and simple, their online banking options are especially effective at keeping an eye on my account. Reviewed on: 28th April 2015

Very positive and very easy to talk with staff.

Nationwide have been offering a 5% interest rate for new customers and this attracted me to join. Now the year has ended the rate has gone down to 0.5%, so I have left. However, in terms of service this bank was very good, it was only the rates that made leave not the service. Reviewed on: 28th April 2015

Overall a good banking option with some excellent elements and some poor ones.

In general, Nationwide Flex is a good banking option. On the positive side, they offer 24 hour assistance via social media. On the negative side, they have ridiculous charges when requesting a cheque. Reviewed on: 28th April 2015

Excellent customer service

I was immediately contacted by Nationwide when there was some suspicious activity on my account. They send you a text and ask you to call and then go through the transaction they are suspicious account. I actually did not recognise the transaction they were referring to so my card was stopped and a new one issued immediately. This stopped my account from potentially being drained of my money. Easy and straight forward bank account.

Held my current account here now for over 5 years, never any problems, staff always friendly and helpful in branch. Easy to set up online banking and I use the app on my iphone daily. Means I can keep track of our money in the account. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2015
