Incompetent and costly

I will be leaving the nationwide as soon as is practically possible. There is zero service from this company any more. They simply want to sell you something even during the course of a complaint. Its obvious their staff are being driven to do nothing but sell. A mortgage application takes two hours on the phone simply because they are trying to get information with which to sell you other products. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2016
