Brilliant help when needed

I have a little card reader that I keep in my bag so I can securely log onto my account when I need to. Once logged on there is a direct message facility. I go abroad often and all I need to do is send them a quick message to let them know what country I'll be using my card in. I've also told them about changes in this way. They answer fully and quickly and it so convenient not having to wait for ages on a phone. Reviewed on: 29th June 2016

Brilliant customer service really helpful

I travel abroad fairly regularly - once logged onto my account there's a message facility. All I have to do is send them a message to let them know what country I will be in and they make sure I can access my money. Brilliantly simple, you can also make enquiries and changes by this .
