The cora chatbot is unable to route to any agent and just keeps on giving error and window keeps vanishing. Trying to find the number to contact customer support, until then leaving this review for the chat bot to be updated properly to avoid such issues. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023

waste of time, repeatedly

I have a NatWest personal account. After raising a complaint about online banking (from which I'm locked out), I was told to use the Chat to communicate and I've been trying every day for a week. Then I get stuck in a loop of questions that the bot cannot answer I get put in a queue and I wait for hours for an agent who never gets back to me. What would make this faster and more efficient? Being logged in! Thanks! If I could I wouldn't need to chat with an agent. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023

Utter Garbage

Kept getting Error message. My responses just disappeared into ether. System just seem to freeze. Had a question regarding possible unusual activity on account. Gave up. Tried phoning fraud number. Twice put on hold after entering security responses then cut off after about 2 mins on hold. Given the nature of my enquiry this is more than poor. Just hope everything is OK with my accounts.
