I’ve used Cora for a few tasks throughout lockdown, from sorting lost debit cards, renewing a faulty card reader and sussing international payments. Responses have been helpful and more lined up that with other organisations I do business with through AI/digital assistants - a good balance between being able to sort at source and when not, a human is brought in in a simple and swift way to help.
