Beyond useless. In 2026 is this the best NATWEST can come up with as the 1st point of contact. You really need to take a look at MOZO Starling Revolut.

    The dumbest AI chatbot ever!

    I have tried to use this piece of Artifificial no intelligence run you round in circles load of rubbish on numerous occassions. All you get...     Cora is unable to provide straightforward answers to any questions relating to account holders moving abroad. For example: A) I am moving abroad, what do...     50 minute wait to speak to ISA team and CORA is incapable of answering simple questions . Phone back option ridiculous.
