    Cora has gone downhill since new AI

    I have been with Natwest for our company for 13 years. Cora was always amazing and if couldn't answer then you got a real person... I have been with Natwest for our company for 13 years. Cora was always amazing and if couldn't answer then you got a real person quickly. In more recent times it has changed - set questions what do not apply and then when you eventually get to be put through to a person noone responds and I waste ages. Read more Read less

    Stick to calling, far better.

    I've attempted to use Cora each time I have a problem, it simply doesn't understand plain questions. E. G. How much will it cost to...     Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

    I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where... Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base.     It's not actually a digital assistant. It can answer very specific questions and that's it. It's basically a search function for common questions misrepresented as...
