Poor substitute for a human support team

NatWest Cora and products like DigiDocs are a poor attempt to automate customer services within the Natwest Banking group. Been trying to join your banks for weeks to receive the switching payments with little success. All the people I have been able to contact seem to have little or no access to do anything the automated systems are trying to do. Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

Cora is a digital assistant that seems to understand the focus of my query. It is quick and efficient and gets to the answer you are looking for.
