Useless

I found using Cora VERY FRUSTRATING, Cora said that I was going to be connected to a colleague. Still waiting to be connected, absolutely useless and a total waste of time. Reviewed on: 14th March 2023

RBS has been great so far

I am happy since switching the experience has been good so far my only issue is that switching a joint account appears too confusing but my sole account has been brilliant thanks. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Struggled to set up online banking ad found that while tge agent was pleasant they kept referring ne elsewhere.a phone call to help out would have been better
