good and friendly, but never really gets to the bottom of the issue.

Quite efficient and useful for when the call handlers are not available, but very limiting and does not usually resolve the problem. It always ends with advice that I have to call in anyway! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Dreadful!!!

I tried to call NatWest’s switching team yesterday as there was apparently a problem with my switch. After nearly half an hour of being placed on hold and passed around 4 or 5 different departments I was sent to a lady’s answer machine who asked me to email her then was told the “line was closed”. Is there just one person working in the switch team..?!! Then I’ve tried Cora as suggested in your text message, only to be left with no chat with anyone (except myself) and no interaction from anyone, person or computer. I’m incredibly frustrated and annoyed with the whole switching process so far and seriously reconsidering the switch if this is the customer service offered by Nat West. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
