Fair So Far

Have had generally extremely positive reviews about Natwest and purchasing products. However a minor issue arose a few weeks ago, when a payday loan company charged me for no reason. Further issue relates to paypal transaction and I cant decide whether they will deal with it fairly, since they are yet to take action. Reviewed on: 17th February 2016

Our Bank Manager is always with us.

As we spend a lot of our time these days overseas or travelling in the UK our Nat West App has become our constant travelling friend. What a difference from when we joined the Nat West 60 years ago this month. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Tidy, clean, fies what I need

No issues

Good account. Pay £2 a month to get £5 back. No issues running the account. Can set up text alerts to notify you when things are happening - eg.overdrawn, less than £10 balance etc. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
