Loss of funds and appalling service

First they declared my bank account dormant. Closed it and took all the money. It's almost impossible to contact their customer services. They don't answer emails. Their chatline doesn't work and you can't change your phone number to make a complaint because the website crashes Reviewed on: 27th December 2024

Not the best banking experience

I have a basic account as well as other few different products with Natwest like loans and credit cards. Basic account is okay but not ideal. For example I can't download a statement from 5 years ago with the address that I had 5 years ago. Any historic statement will be updated with the current address. this has presented to be an issue when showing proof of address elsewhere. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Banking made easy

I’ve been banking with NatWest for 8 years, I’ve never had any problems and trust this bank. I can access my basic account via online banking and set up direct debits and make payments quickly and easily. I 100% recommend NatWest basic account. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
