Banking with NatWest great

Very helpful and offer great product especially to there existing customers. The app very easy to use and also friendly costumer service thanks to NatWest in their competitive rate for mortgage. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Good bank and app

I use this bank for my everyday banking needs and also for savings. When I go into branch the staff are always great. The app is great and the interest rate are good. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Poor customer service

I went to a branch to get money from my account, it was my goddaughters 21st birthday and I wanted to give her £4000 towards her car. The staff in the branch demanded to know why I wanted my money, they said if I didn't tell them, they could refuse to give me my money. Even when I told them why I wanted my money, I was then told by the staff not to be rude. I asked them if they had sufficient funds to give my my cash if I closed down all my accounts with immediate effect I soon got my cash.
