Absolutely gutted

Was really happy with this bank until one day, out of nowhere for no reason my account was frozen, I was treated as a criminal while I done absolutely nothing. I had all and even more evidence to proof that money in my account are my legal money, but nobody bothered to check. My account were frozen for almost a year, I had no access to my own money, couldn't pay bills, feed my family, fell in to deep depts, my credit history got destroyed. Suddenly they reopened my account, even if I had access to my money, by that time I vere to deep in areas in all other credit Landers, my credit history to low, so I getting charged even higher interest fees. And NatWest didn't bother even to apologize for that inconvenience. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

I had a few problems with a old bank and went to NatWest yes it's only a basic account but it was easy to set up easy to understand and I also added my husband to the account quick and easy ..I've had few questions and NatWest were great at answering them and not problems what so ever Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
