Easy - no complaints!

Basic, no-frills account

Straightforward

Have always found their staff helpful and efficient. Been with Natwest for nearly 30 years and have no intention of leaving. They have been helpful with a loan once before, and I've changed my name and address a couple of times with no probs (unlike some other banks, etc I'm with). Reviewed on: 19th January 2016

No complaints. Love their mobile banking app.

As I mentioned above, I love their mobile banking app, transfers etc are so simple! I would just say they're a bit slow with sending out paperwork.. Reviewed on: 10th January 2016

Easy banking (if done without a branch)

I have a basic account with Natwest and I have never had an issue, the internet banking is straightforward, the card has never been a problem, communication is an acceptable level, BUT if I do need a branch it proves difficult, here in Edinburgh, the CAPITAL city we have 1 branch! Which means I have to travel all the way in to a jam packed town, attempt to find a parking space all for 5 minutes in the bank, please make more branches Reviewed on: 8th January 2016
