Easy online banking, friendly in branch, but language in e-mails not easy to understand and letters can be quite unfriendly. The account doesn't include helpful extra tools to help you manage your money. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Customer for nearly 50 years

I love my bank which I have been with for nearly 50 years, they treat me as a valued person, not a number, take time to sit and talk about problems I may have but saved my sanity when my husband died and came to my house to guide me through all the paperwork I had to do, personal as well as banking. 10 out of 10 for Nat West Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Decent bank account with no frills just good customer service

The staff at NatWest are brilliant and I love that they do not insist on automated banking like Barclays do. The account doesn't offer any extra perks but nor does it give me a headache. Banked with them for years. Reviewed on: 5th February 2016

Customer Service Joys

Entering the NatWest bank where I live, I was immediately rushed to and asked if I could be helped. This would be pleasant if the young lady asking me had been enquiring about my banking needs rather than subtlety asking "was I lost?" In her defence my appearance was questionable; being a young girl with excessive facial piercings and raggy clothes. But after I had told her my intentions, she became uninterested and pointed in the general direction of what I needed. After a few more banking visits I learned the more senior members of staff are very welcoming and helpful, and they are what has made my money management so easy and my experience with NatWest an on going success. (forgetting the time that I was led into an overdraft at 15) Reviewed on: 5th February 2016
