Rubish bank

Was with this bank for 45 years. Closed account and went somewhere else as their customer support was very poor they gave me wrong advise in 4 different occasions. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Only used because I have to

Not great service offshore call centres always have trouble making myself understood. Just recently introduced a biometric validation system - drives me potty takes an age to get anything authorised. No branches near me so I can’t just pop in or take cheques for my business activity They use to be good something has gone wrong. I only bank with them now for my DDI transactions and everyday payments. I wouldn’t use them for anything else as it’s so difficult to talk to a human Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
