NatWest offer one year or two-year fixed rate cash ISAs which can be opened with £1,000. The NatWest Instant Access ISA can be opened with just £1.

Nothing special at all

I had a Natwest cash ISA for a few years as I had a current account with Natwest so it was nice to be able to manage everything from within one single place. Unfortunately, every 6 months or so, I got the dreaded email from Natwest telling me that my interest rate was reducing, until it was less than half a percent, so I ended up taking my money elsewhere. Absolutely abysmal.

Absolutely abysmal. Terrible service and terrible response from the customer service team. Misleading information and failing system that doesn’t register isa transfers but registers penalties without problems. What a terrible service and bank. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Transferred an ISA from another provider to Natwest , communication was excellent via post, everything clearly detailed and the process went smoothly and quickly. The product itself was market beating. The online app is easy to use an intuitive Reviewed on: 18th February 2024
