Absolutely abysmal.

Absolutely abysmal. Terrible service and terrible response from the customer service team. Misleading information and failing system that doesn’t register isa transfers but registers penalties without problems. What a terrible service and bank. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Best Banking App by miles!

I closed my over year old current account with Natwest for the offer of £200 for switching the account to another provider. I have since opened 3 different accounts with 3 different providers and none of them can match up to Natwest's App. I wish I didn't close my current account. Though, I still kept my ISA, I will defo come back for a current account soon. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023
