I've been with Natwest for years (opened my first ever current account and ISA with them) and whilst it's enabled easy access to my ISA and convenience for transfers etc, the value is not great compared to other rates on the market. Absolutely abysmal.

Absolutely abysmal. Terrible service and terrible response from the customer service team. Misleading information and failing system that doesn’t register isa transfers but registers penalties without problems. What a terrible service and bank. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
